Project Overview
Inspiration comes from the strangest places, like a Japanese kid’s show about a fruit themed samurai hero. Fizz Locks is what you get when you combine Jolly Ranchers and Pop Rocks into the shape of a lock. The design of the actual candy box was slightly inspired by the design of HiChew candies. This project is a promotional website for this fictional candy I made up. An important lesson learned for his project was designing for different devices. My desktop layout would be very different from my mobile and tablet layouts. Elements had to be moved and the size of things would change based on the size of the screen and how far the device is from the viewer’s eyes. It’s really cool to pull up the website on different devices just to see the differences, give it a try.
